Hi, I’m Ted Adams, the host of Ted’s Training Ground and a lifelong advocate for training, leadership, and professional development in public safety. With over 30 years of experience in emergency medical services, 911 dispatch, and fire service operations, I’ve seen firsthand how training saves lives, builds confidence, and shapes strong leaders.
Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about teaching, mentoring, and helping others grow in their roles. Now, through this podcast and community, my goal is to share knowledge, spark important conversations, and create a space where public safety professionals can learn, connect, and support one another.
